Led by the Board of Directors, Meiteng’s ESG Working Group (headed by the Securities Department) coordinates policy execution, performance tracking, and stakeholder communication. The company integrates ESG factors into decision-making, risk management, and disclosure, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
Since 2023, Meiteng Technology has established a Group ESG Management Function, working closely with the Board Office, Securities Department, and core business divisions to embed sustainability into corporate strategy and operations.
The ESG Working Group leads the formulation, review, and execution of ESG objectives and annual reports, while each subsidiary and department takes full responsibility for implementation.
ESG and sustainability reporting are supervised by the Board of Directors and coordinated by the Securities Department.
The Board of Directors oversees Meiteng’s ESG strategy and governance, ensuring compliance and ethical integrity across all operations.
The ESG Working Committee, led by senior executives, regularly reviews progress and risk management related to sustainability.
The Chairman and President are ultimately responsible for ESG decision-making, with sustainability topics integrated into executive meetings and long-term strategic planning.
Meiteng fosters an open ESG collaboration network that connects employees, partners, and stakeholders to exchange ideas and promote responsible practices.
Through regular training, communication, and joint initiatives, Meiteng encourages collective participation in environmental protection, workplace safety, and community development.
