The MeiTeng Xiqing Integrated R&D, Testing and Intelligent Manufacturing Center, located in Tianjin’s Xiqing District, serves as the company’s core hub for technological innovation, material testing, and intelligent equipment production.

Combining advanced laboratories, an industrial-scale test center, and key manufacturing facilities, the site is one of China’s most sophisticated platforms for intelligent dry separation and mineral processing research.

The center houses state-of-the-art Mineral Analysis Laboratories and Optics & Electronics Laboratories, supporting research in mineral characterization, coal analysis, and lithium battery recycling. These laboratories provide precise data and scientific validation for the development of Meiteng’s intelligent sorting equipment and advanced sensing instruments.

Equipped with full-scale TDS (XRT)  and TGS intelligent dry separation systems, the industrial testing area enables comprehensive process evaluation for coal, metallic ores, and non-metallic minerals. Through systematic material testing, data acquisition, and sorting model development, Meiteng builds material-specific databases that support high-precision detection and optimized separation performance.

Leveraging the strong synergy between R&D, industrial testing and intelligent manufacturing, the Xiqing Center enables Meiteng to deliver customized TDS (XRT) and TGS solutions tailored to each customer’s unique material conditions，ensuring optimal results from laboratory validation to field deployment.

The Xiqing facility is a strategic foundation supporting Meiteng’s continuous innovation, product industrialization, and global technology leadership.

Meiteng Technology’s Eco-City Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing and Testing Base is a key municipal project in Tianjin, covering an area of over 40,000 square meters. Designed around a dual focus of “smart manufacturing + testing innovation,” the base integrates production workshops for intelligent coal and mineral processing equipment, an R&D and testing center for smart instrumentation, and comprehensive office facilities.

Upon completion, the base will significantly enhance Meiteng’s capabilities in independent R&D, large-scale manufacturing, and performance testing across intelligent dry separation equipment, smart sensing systems, and energy-efficient environmental technologies. It will form a fully integrated value chain—from research and engineering to production and quality assurance—further strengthening Meiteng’s global competitiveness and brand influence.

The facility will continue to adopt advanced manufacturing technologies and management systems, serving as a benchmark for intelligent production within the industry. It is designed to meet the growing global demand for high-end intelligent equipment and to support the sustainable, efficient, and digital transformation of the mining and industrial sectors.

Established on January 12, 2024, Shandong Laimei Coal Machinery Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Tianjin Meiteng Technology Co., Ltd.  and Shandong Energy Group Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Fortune Global 500 company Shandong Energy Group.
